Korean Food Book, with Lovely Pictures and Simple Recipes

Korean Food Book, <The Happiness Of Korean Food>  with Lovely Pictures and Simple Recipes

Do you enjoy Korean Food?
Read a KOREAN FOOD BOOK, <The Happiness Of Korean Food>

*Publisher: Storyblossom (www.istoryblossom.com)
*Author: In young Moon

Korean Food Travel with Unexpected Experiences
and Happiness from Korean food.

This book is constructed with popular dishes that I would like to recommend.

-by In young Moon-

Part 1 of this book is about interesting table manners of Korean cuisine that help to understand what you’re eating: why Korean people have different food expressions and say hot soup is cool, why people add such spicy condiments into pickled cabbage, and why there are so many side dishes on one table, etc. There are lots of fun stories in Part 1.

Part 2 is about food that I quickly whip up for foreigners. Also, the eating directions and related information can be found in friendly articles. I also want to give the reader the feeling of a warm welcome. I wanted to do all of this in a friendly way. Gujolpan and Tangpyeongchae are popular healthy ones among the traditional Korean food, but most Koreans can’t enjoy them because they are hard to cook. I introduced them especially to let you enjoy with ease.
Part 3 makes more information and recipes available to all those interested.
I wrote simple and easy recipes for selected dishes. Since some things are not readily available in the U.S., the recipes have been adjusted.
